LGS ARCHITECTS, Inc. LGS ARIZONA and LGS NEVADA have had the pleasure of designing a number of custom homes for selected clientele in California and Nevada. Our approach in designing a custom home is very simple - 'design for the lifestyle of our client.' After all, that is the purpose of building a custom home. We spend the time to get to know our client and listen to their desires and preferences in new home design. We then work with the client in developing the floor plan and research specific architectural detailing to create the authenticity of the style we want to achieve.
The custom homes we have designed over the years vary as much as the individuality of our clients. From a "Hacienda" style on Canon Drive in Beverly Hills to an "Italian Villa" in Las Vegas, Nevada. The size of the homes also varies widely from a 3,200 square foot "Traditional" home in Salem, Oregon to an 11,400 square foot "Country French Estate" in Fairbanks Ranch, CA.
