LGS Honored at Homer Awards
LGS Architects, dba LGS Nevada, was pleased to bring home one Homer Award at the 20th annual Homer Awards. LGS was honored in the "Best Single Family Detached Homes 1500 to 2300 sq ft selling for $191,000.00-$225,000.00" category for its innovative design for R/S Development's Canterra neighborhood in the masterplanned community of Summerlin. Held on October 18, 2003, at the MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas, the Homer Awards recognize the homebuilding industries finest in architecture, design, and planning.
The solid relationship between LGS and R/S Development has been recognized several times at the homebuilding industry's most prestigious award events. In fact, LGS Architects has garnered over 64 honors in recent years, from distinguished events including the Gold Nugget Awards, Élan, the Laurel Awards, MAME, and Best in American Living Awards.
