"As president of LGS Architects, I am very honored that our firm has been consistently recognized for its design excellence at the Homer Awards," commented LGS President Ted N. Price, Jr. "As we strive to develop effective product recognition in every community we design, the architects and builders of our communities are driven to achieve their very best. Our winnings this year give us every indication that this approach has been very successful, and when you combine that with the strong relationships that we have formed with builders like R/S Development, it is all the more rewarding."
"R/S Development is truly gratified that the industry has chosen to recognize our communities time and time again," said Randy Schaefer, President of R/S Development. "Our longstanding partnership with LGS has brought us tremendous success both among our industry peers and our valued customers. We look forward to a long and bright future with LGS, while continuing to bring exceptional design and quality housing to Nevada's most desirable new neighborhoods."
