Senior Project Manager
Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years experience in production housing and be able to coordinate multiple projects in all phases of development. Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2004-2008.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, coordinating and
administering of several projects through all phases of
development. Establish budgets and prepare schedules.
Oversee design development and production of working
drawings and construction documents including plan check for
code compliance. Meet with clients and supervise project
personnel. Has authority to direct, control and monitor all
project activities.
Specific
duties include the following:
Good communications skills.
Executing direction in a creative fast pace
environment and be a self-starter.
Be a part of the decision making with your input.
Prepare construction documents for all phases of all
projects.
Assist in coordination with clients and
consultants.
Have thorough knowledge of CA/local and NV codes and
dealing with building officials.
Field experience with projects and frame
walks.
Senior Project Designer
Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years experience in
production housing and be able to coordinate multiple
projects in all phases of development. Must have strong
graphic and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and presentation for one or
more projects. As a member of the project team, establishes
design direction, prepares and oversees design presentation
and graphics for all projects. Works under the direction of
Director of Design.
Intermediate Designer
Qualifications - Baccalaureate degree in architecture.
Strong graphic and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- As a member of the project team, assists in the
preparation of design presentations and graphics for all
projects. Works under the direction of Director of
Design.
CADD Manager / Job Captain
Responsibilities - CADD Manager
Responsible for overall daily management of firm's CADD
capabilities, including scheduling, system maintenance,
training and computer management.
Responsibilities
- Job Captain
Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing
production of project construction documents. Interfaces
with Project Manager and various outside consultants on the
technical aspects of construction documents.
Senior Draftsman
Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years experience in production housing and be able to assist in the coordination of multiple projects in all phases of development. Must be proficient with minimum 3 years in AutoCAD 2004-2008.
Responsibilities
- As a member of the project team, assists in the
preparation of construction documents for all projects.
Works under the direction of Project Captains &
Managers.
Specific
duties include the following:
Good communications skills.
Follow direction in a creative fast pace environment
and be a self-starter.
Be a part of the decision making with your input.
Prepare construction documents for all phases of all
projects.
Assist in coordination with clients and
consultants.
Package construction documents for plotting, printing
and email for all phases of all projects.
Intermediate Draftsman
Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years experience in production housing and be able to assist in the coordination of multiple projects in all phases of development. Must be proficient with minimum 2 years in AutoCAD 2004-2008.
Responsibilities
- As a member of the project team, assists in the
preparation of construction documents for all projects.
Works under the direction of Project Captains &
Managers.

duties include the following:

Prepare construction documents for all phases of all
projects.
Office Manager
Responsible for establishing administrative procedures
and implementing administrative systems. Coordinates
administrative support activities and functions, including
secretarial, clerical and custodial.
Intern
Qualifications - Preferably enrolled in an architectural academic program. Must have 2 years of classes in AutoCAD 2004-2008.
Responsibilities
- As a member of the project team, assists in the
preparation of construction documents for all projects.
Works under the direction of Project Captains &
Managers.
Specific
duties include the following:
Fixed flex schedule of 10 to 20 hours a week.
Good communications skills.
Follow direction in a creative fast pace environment
and be a self-starter.
Assist in general office tasks in all
departments.
