The need for affordable housing will always be a topic of concern as we continue to design and build our communities of tomorrow. However, as the price of land continues to increase throughout the country, the solution for affordable housing is becoming more and more difficult. In many areas, the only solution is higher density attached housing. Attached housing is also a solution for many active seniors who no longer have the need for a large single family home and prefer the carefree lifestyle that an attached home can offer. To help meet these needs, the staff at LGS Architects, Inc. has been involved in the design and development of a variety of attached solutions including both entry level homes and luxury townhomes.
