The lack of space for new homes has become a universal challenge for today's land planners and architects. Taking this into consideration, LGS Architects, Inc. LGS Arizona and LGS Nevada have helped reshape the negative notions of high-density housing by designing attractive yet functional floor plans. Evident in the most dynamic real estate markets in the United States, this problem is most commonly addressed by creating high-density projects, which make the most of smaller parcels of land and reduced living space within homes. But unfortunately, much-needed high-density housing is usually met with ambivalence and sometimes, even hostility. Yet the demand and need for affordable, high-density housing prevails.
